Let ‘s face it! Root canal treatment is traditionally associated with pain, anxiety, fear and uncertainty more than any other kind of treatment offered in a dental office.
This is mainly due to patients’ traumatic experience from the past, or due to the use of older techniques that are considered to be obsolete or finally because of incomplete knowledge in the field of Clinical Endodontics.
Some of the key concepts that our office offers is the elimination of pain and the absence of fear on the site of the “needle”, since anesthesia is administered by use of a computer in a painless manner and no needle is visible. Even the scary sound of the ‘drill’ is virtually diminished.
When you are suffering from a toothache or from an intolerable pain due to a previous root canal treatment that failed, the only specialist who can treat your tooth and help it maintain functional in the mouth is an Endodontist.
Our office offers Root Canal Treatment ( or Endodontic Treatment) performed under the dental microscope (MicroEndodontics) and Endodontic Microsurgery.
Microsurgery is a minimally invasive surgical procedure performed 100% under the microscope, with which teeth that were so far scheduled for extraction can now be saved. We have the privilege to perform a large number of microsurgical procedures per month during and after which patients experience almost no pain or discomfort.
For this reason we are included among the most highly reputed clinicians worldwide.
Almost all root canal treatment procedures offered in our office are completed in one visit.
My practice is based upon the knowledge, principles and experience that I have acquired during my specialty training in the US. We use state-of-the-art endodontic equipment ordered straight from its manufacturing companies in the US. My goal is to offer the highest level of treatment to my patients, as it is dictated by the US requirements and standard of care.
Prior to treatment, a consultation visit is scheduled in which a thorough friendly discussion takes place. I explain the aitiology of all symptoms, I answer all patient’s questions and we are looking for the best treatment in cooperation with the patient.
Our philosophy is based upon respect and care for patient’s health and happiness.
It is my belief, that these are the key concepts in serving the ultimate goal of providing health successfully.
